Sandhill crane vineyards is a family-owned and operated winery devoted to making wine with 100% Michigan-grown fruit! Jackson Michigan Information.

All of it began when norm Moffatt started growing grapes and making red wine as a pastime after retiring in Jackson, Michigan. quickly enough, his other half, Alice Moffatt, and sibling, Anne Leisinger, got involved, and the 3 of them turned his pastime into a service!

His children then actioned in to become the heart of the winery: Holly Balansag as the winemaker and heather rate as the business manager. in 2003, the 5 of them unveiled SCV to the general public!

Since then, a lot of fantastic workers and consumers have ended up being important parts to SCV, transforming the little group of 5 into a big, wonderful family!
